Dev Architects provides architectural design and planning services to institutional, corporate, and private clients throughout the Bay Area.
The firm was founded in 1996 with offices in San Francisco and Woodside. Prior to 1996, founder Gita Dev, FAIA, was president of the pre-eminent design firm Marquis Associates, Architecture, Planning, and Interior Design, San Francisco. She joined the firm in 1978, became Associate in 1980, Principal in 1985 and President in 1994.
The work of Dev Architects and Marquis Associates has been widely published and has received special recognition with many design awards.
Ms. Dev’s strong, user-oriented approach in the design of facilities has been honored by her being inducted into the College of Fellows of the American Institute of Architects in 1992.
The firm is based in San Francisco and Woodside.
